Marco Silva would like Fabio Carvalho to stay at Fulham next season
But he’s admitted it’s unlikely.
He said: “I don’t have news about it. If you ask me if I would like to keep him here, I’m 100 per cent sure but it looks like it will not be possible.
“About next season, if he will not be our football player it is difficult for me. I can’t speak about it about the situation.”
Carvalho is set to join Liverpool this summer.

Three Lions to carry on being played at England matches
Three Lions will continue to be played at Wembley before and after England games, the Football Association has said.
Three Lions, written by David Baddiel, Frank Skinner and the Lightning Seeds, has been popular among England fans ever since its initial release in May 1996.
It became England’s official anthem during their home tournament which saw the Three Lions lose to Germany on penalties at the semi-final stage.

Newcastle’s Callum Wilson ‘fully charged’ after four months out
Newcastle United’s Callum Wilson has said he is “fully charged” as he prepares to return from a calf injury that has ruled him out for four months.
Wilson hasn’t played since the 1-1 draw with Manchester United on December 27, when he sustained the injury and was withdrawn after 45 minutes.
Wilson and Kieran Trippier, who sustained a foot injury in January, were included in Newcastle’s warm-weather training camp in Dubai in March, where Eddie Howe said both were “on schedule” in their recovery.

What’s next for Steven Bergwijn?
Steven Bergwijn won’t be happy with the lack of minutes he has been afforded under Antonio Conte during the past few months.
The Netherlands international will want regular football ahead of this winter’s World Cup but is a move to Manchester United under his compatriot Erik ten Hag an option?
Charlie Eccleshare assesses the 24-year-old’s options ahead of a potential move away from north London in the summer.

The £65m loan to buy Burnley – and what it means if they go down
Burnley could be in trouble if they are relegated to the Championship as they have a £65 million loan hanging over their heads should they drop down.
The Turf Moor side are currently 16th but they were just two points ahead of 18th-placed Everton who have a game in hand on their relegation rivals. I’m sure there will be plenty more twists and turns as the league campaign reaches its climax.

Real Madrid just know how to win the Champions League. Man City do not
Should Pep Guardiola be blamed for the defeat or are Real Madrid just the kings of Europe?
Guardiola is coming under fire for some of his substitutions but sometimes you just have to praise the conquerors rather than criticise the side that goes out.

Mohamed Salah wants revenge
The 2018 Champions League final between Liverpool and Real Madrid was somewhat controversial as Mohamed Salah had to be replaced in the 31st minute after dislocating his shoulder following a challenge by Sergio Ramos.
Loris Karius was at fault for two of Real Madrid’s goals in Liverpool’s 3-1 defeat but it was later confirmed the goalkeeper had suffered concussion after a challenge by Ramos.
That’s why Salah has said his side “have a score to settle”.

There is only one place to start
You might have woken up thinking you dreamt up Real Madrid’s heroics last night but it was in fact real.
Real Madrid are through to the Champions League final where they will take on Liverpool in Paris on May 28.
Rodrygo scored two goals in the 90th and 91st minutes to send their tie with Manchester City to extra time before Karim Benzema struck the winner in extra time. An unbelievable game for neutrals.
